Federica Cavazzoni, PhD, is a research fellow at the Department of Human Sciences & Education at the University of Milano-Bicocca.

In her work, she primarily focuses on issues related to the well-being of populations living in contexts of political violence and colonial occupation, with a critical, gender, intersectional, and decolonial perspective.

She also works in the exploration of well-being, privilege, and discrimination in academic environments, with a critical and intersectional perspective. She is a clinical psychologist and a candidate in the Italian Psychoanalytic Society (IPA).
