Research fellow

Ecaterina Bordianu is a research fellow at the Department of Human Sciences for Education at the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Throughout her academic training, she focused on themes such as gender issues, social cognition and public health policies.

Her current main research interests revolve around gender stereotypes and discrimination, with the aim to shed light on how gender, class, ethnicity and other facets of one’s identity intersect and shape one’s experience, mainly in academic and professional settings.
