Her research focuses on gender equality mainstreaming’s impact on institutional and national levels, as well as social research of gendered organizations, unpaid work, work-life balance, governance of research, and research assessment from a gender perspective. She published over 100 scientific papers, designed several gender-sensitive social innovations, and shared good practices at the EU and national levels.
